Toscana Catering is the off-premises catering arm of Chef Dan Butler's Wilmington restaurant, and after more than 30 years in the region, the name carries weight. The menu is Italian at its roots but built to be customizable -- adaptable to different tastes, guest counts, and budgets without feeling generic. They work weddings, private events, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings, and they bring the same kitchen to all of it.
