Upstairs, spacious suites provide a peaceful place to get ready or relax, complete with stunning views of the surrounding farmland. The backyard is the designated ceremony site, providing a serene and intimate setting just steps away from The Residence.
Celebrate in the Renovated Pole Barn
Receptions typically take place in the stunning Pole Barn, which was fully renovated in January 2023. This air-conditioned and heated space blends rustic charm with modern comfort, accommodating up to 300 seated guests or 400 cocktail-style. In addition to its spacious indoor area, the barn also offers 9,000 square feet of adjacent outdoor space—perfect for open-air seating or cocktail hour under the stars. Just outside, you’ll also find a back patio area complete with string lights, cozy firepits, and a designated space for food trucks—creating a fun and flexible reception experience.

Extend your celebration with an overnight stay at The Retreat at King Cole Farm, a tranquil addition located on a stunning 650-acre property just minutes from the venue. Perfect for housing wedding parties, out-of-town guests, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend, The Retreat offers a mix of cottages and RV accommodations surrounded by natural beauty.
The Retreat includes:
- Three charming two-bedroom cottages, each sleeping up to seven guests (rented individually)
- 15 full RV hookups for campers and motorhomes (each rented individually)
- Recommendations for RV rentals that can be delivered to your site via The Retreat website
Please note: The Retreat is not included in the King Cole Farm venue rental fee, and accommodations must be reserved separately. We do not rent RVs directly, but helpful listings are available through The Retreat’s website to arrange convenient delivery and pickup.
