Luxury Isn’t Just What Guests See — It’s What They Experience
When couples plan a tented wedding in Delaware, a waterfront reception on the Eastern Shore, or a private property celebration, the focus often falls on design: florals, lighting, tablescapes, the visual story.
But true luxury extends beyond aesthetics.
It includes comfort. Flow. Anticipating the needs of every guest before they ever notice them.
For outdoor weddings and events without built-in facilities, restroom planning becomes part of the overall guest experience. And that’s where Lux Lavs redefines expectations for luxury restroom trailers across Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Redefining Luxury Restroom Trailers
“We love to throw parties… and the biggest issue is always the bathroom,” says co-owner Presilah Davis. “No one wants to go to a porta potty, especially if you’re all done up and you’re in a nice dress.”
That realization led to the creation of Lux Lavs — a family-owned luxury restroom trailer company serving Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
The goal was never to simply provide a portable restroom rental. It was to elevate it.
Presilah describes the vision simply: creating something that feels “like a boutique hotel bathroom on wheels.”
Inside, the trailers are climate-controlled and thoughtfully styled. Thermostats regulate comfort in every season. Curated artwork and carefully selected décor details create a space that feels intentional — not temporary.
When guests step inside, the experience feels seamless.

The Experience Is the Difference
“The biggest difference… is really the experience,” Presilah notes.
Lux Lavs remains intentionally small. Couples speak directly with the owners.
“We are not a major brand. We are a mom and pop shop… We take pride in what we do and our communication.”
That level of accessibility matters when planning outdoor weddings in Delaware and tented estate celebrations on the Eastern Shore. When couples and planners are communicating directly with the owners, details do not get lost in translation. Power access, placement, servicing, and guest flow are addressed well in advance so that on the wedding day, the restroom accommodations feel effortless — and nearly invisible.
And when logistics feel invisible, the event feels effortless.

Comfort Is Part of Hospitality
“One tip I would give couples… is to really put on the hat and think about the guest experience,” Presilah shares.
Something as simple as restroom comfort can shift how an evening unfolds.
“I can’t tell you how many times guests have come to us and said, ‘I’ve never seen that at a wedding before.’”
It does not have to be flashy. It does not have to be over-the-top. But it should be considered.
In Delaware and across Maryland’s Eastern Shore — where private property weddings and tented receptions continue to grow — luxury restroom trailers are no longer a niche addition. They are part of thoughtful, elevated planning.
Because the most refined weddings are not just beautiful.
They are comfortable.
And guests remember both.
