Wed Society Delaware’s Book of Weddings Release Event brought together a curated group of members and select vendors for an evening designed to showcase the talent shaping weddings across Delaware and the Eastern Shore, from planners and florists to caterers and event designers.

This annual Book of Weddings release is a curated wedding industry gathering in Delaware, designed to connect top local vendors and showcase their work in a live setting.

Held at King Cole Farm, the space was built out with intention and scale, with planning and design support from Ever Lively Events.

Guests explored a series of experiences throughout the night. As they arrived, they were greeted with beautifully assembled charcuterie cups from Charcute D’Licious. A live station from Savora Catering & Events drew a steady crowd, with Chef Mario preparing scallops and short ribs to order. Desserts from Mill Stream Farm BakeStudio were as delicious as they were beautiful, quickly becoming a favorite stop of the night.

Florals by J. Starr’s Flower Barn defined the room. A custom magnolia tree installation rose from the floor, while moss runners draped across long farm tables and spilled over the edges. A winding tablescape design introduced movement across the space, carrying the eye from one end of the room to the other.

Furniture and decor from The Bee and the Wasp created a series of cozy vignettes throughout the space, adding warmth, texture, and moments for guests to gather and settle in.

Signage details by Lilly Lu Designs tied everything together, adding a thoughtful layer of branding and polish across the event.

Along one wall, the Fashion Walk stretched the length of the room. Three sets of bride and groom mannequins, styled by Young & Squire and Maison Noire Bridal, were positioned between oversized prints of past Vows That Wow winners. Florals framed the installation, creating a defined path that guests moved through and around.

Nearby, Silhouettes by Emily Byrne worked steadily through a line of guests, cutting silhouettes freehand in just minutes. No sketch. No outline. Just scissors, observation, and precision.

Guests also stopped by the perfume bar from Cabernet Candles, creating custom scent blends as a personal takeaway from the evening.

Baltimore Sound Entertainment supported the full production of the event, from the glam bot and virtual magazine cover photo booth to the stage, pipe and drape, and uplighting that shaped the room.

Before the cover reveal, Jesse and Amy of Hearts in Rhythm Dance took the floor with a live performance that brought the room’s attention forward.

Then, the moment everyone had been waiting for.

The drape dropped. The cover was revealed. Copies of the Book of Weddings were passed through the crowd, hands flipping through pages, vendors finding their work in print.

Joey from Wired Up Entertainment pulled guests onto the dance floor, keeping the energy high.

More than twenty vendor partners contributed to the event. These are the vendors couples and planners turn to when searching for trusted wedding professionals in Delaware and the Eastern Shore.
