Katie Auffant is the Owner and Lead Planner of That's Darling Events. Katie's love for weddings and planning events was first sparked when she worked for a catering company during her college years. She always enjoyed weddings and all the details that come with planning an event; And being that she is a hopeless romantic, has always been obsessed with love. But it was working behind the scenes of a wedding for the first time that really inspired her to find her true passion.
