The Wedding of Amanda + Kyle: A Day to Remember

How The Couple Met
Without knowing Amanda, Kyle messaged her on Instagram on April 11, 2020 after seeing a picture she posted of her bacon and egg breakfast during the earliest lockdown stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic. After Amanda looked at his Instagram profile and learned Kyle was in medical school from his Instagram bio, she messaged him back saying, “What’s up, Doc?” Their first “date” was a FaceTime call, blinded to Amanda who never followed Kyle back on Instagram prior to their call later that same week. The call was a success, as they talked on the phone for more than three hours. A couple weeks later, Kyle and Amanda went on a walk along Kelly Drive in Philadelphia, where at the end of the date Amanda asked, “are you going to kiss me?” Kyle had flowers delivered to Amanda’s apartment after their FaceTime date, and after their in-person date. Kyle learned early on how much Amanda loved flowers, and after these early gestures, Amanda knew Kyle was special. (To this day, Kyle buys Amanda flowers every month).
The Wedding Day
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Clubhouse at Baywood, the wedding unfolded amidst lush greenery, meticulously manicured fairways, and vibrant floral landscaping. The open-air setting bathed the ceremony in golden-hour light, creating a dreamy and romantic atmosphere. The natural elegance of the course enhanced the wedding’s timeless aesthetic, making every moment effortlessly picturesque.
Romance bloomed in every detail, thanks to the stunning florals by The Clubhouse at Baywood. From charming bouquets to cascading blooms adorning the staircase and lush arrangements framing the bar, each floral element added warmth and beauty. The reception tables glowed with elegant centerpieces, bringing an intimate yet grand touch to the celebration. This was the largest floral production their team has done!
Adding to the refined elegance of the day, the bride and groom’s jewelry from Harry K Jewelry sparkled with timeless sophistication, perfectly complementing their wedding day attire.
The couple made a grand entrance to their reception—with a Rolls Royce classic car rental, infusing vintage luxury into their day.
Of course, no wedding is complete without a sweet touch. The classic three-tier wedding cake by Carolina Sugar Fairy exuded timeless elegance with its smooth ivory finish, delicate pearl accents, and refined detailing—a perfect blend of classic charm and modern romance.
Every special moment was captured flawlessly by a talented media team, consisting of a photographer and assistant, a videographer and assistant, and a wedding content creator with their own assistant. With six professionals ensuring no detail went unnoticed, the magic of the day was preserved for a lifetime.
Amanda & Kyle’s Favorite Wedding Day Memory
The bride reminisced about her favorite wedding day memory, saying, “Our favorite wedding day memory was exiting our ceremony for the first time as husband and wife. All our loved ones were lined up outside the church, blowing bubbles and cheering – the feeling was surreal.” She described the magical moment of walking along a red carpet before stepping into a Rolls Royce, champagne in hand, as they made their way to the reception. “We danced the night away with choreographed first dances and surprise guest professional ballroom dancers!” she shared, reflecting on the unforgettable celebration.
Amanda and Kyle’s wedding was nothing short of extraordinary—a day filled with love, elegance, and unforgettable moments. From their serendipitous Instagram connection to a breathtaking ceremony and an evening of celebration, every detail reflected their unique love story.
